** Due to the increasing severity of MY ILLNESS, it has become impossible for me to continue to post on a regular basis. Unfortunately, as much as I desperately long to, I am also unable to visit each of your blogs often or reciprocate all the loving, supportive comments many of you continue to leave - even though at times it may appear as though you've arrived at some long ago, forsaken blog! With that said, I really want you to know that I miss every single one of you and that I really am still here! I'm just too sick and too weak most days to be able to sit up long enough to create a brand new post...or even read one. However, I absolutely do receive AND read every new encouraging word you leave (and, often, the old ones, again and again!) and I cherish them now more than ever! I truly appreciate your love, support, and, most importantly, your precious time spent on your knees in prayer for my family and me. It ALL means the world to me and I am truly blessed to have friends like you!
~Hugs and Sister Love, Teresa

FYI: All comments come to my email, which I can easily read on my phone. I also enjoy Facebook on my phone because I can catch up on A LOT in a very short time there. Soooo, if you're on Facebook, come 'friend' me there! {{HUGS}} **

THEN SINGS MY SOUL SATURDAYS

The song I chose today is one that has had very special meaning to me for a very long time. I went back to look at it yesterday and it just seemed to fit how I'm feeling at this point in my life. I hope you enjoy it. It has a very powerful message.

I am really looking forward to being back with you all very soon. I am still trying to recuperate and get back in the swing of things...well, at least as much as I usually am. 8^) I hope you ALL have a blessed weekend!

I so love this song. Thank you for posting this...brings back memories of how I would listen to it with my then wee baby trying to wean her off and her tears. The music soothed her to sleep and encouraged me each night.

PS. Hope you are feeling better.Big Hug!

I love the image that this provides of God. There is never a second that He is not on His throne and that He is not good.

Earth has a lot of struggles and pain and disappointment, but Jesus is more than able to meet us in any muck and mire.

Great song choice this week! Keep fighting!

Oh how I love this song! It puts me in mind of one very specific youth group retreat to a little Christian camp on the Cape. I was part of the worship team that year and we played it every Bible hour.

P.S. You're cordially invited to come play Q&A at A Silvertongued Serenade in honor of my 200th post!

Thanks for sharing! Stopping by from SITS for Saturday Sharefest. I am currently in a wheelchair recovering from a severe car accident this past June and felt a connection with your struggles, although they are different ones! God bless.
