** Due to the increasing severity of MY ILLNESS, it has become impossible for me to continue to post on a regular basis. Unfortunately, as much as I desperately long to, I am also unable to visit each of your blogs often or reciprocate all the loving, supportive comments many of you continue to leave - even though at times it may appear as though you've arrived at some long ago, forsaken blog! With that said, I really want you to know that I miss every single one of you and that I really am still here! I'm just too sick and too weak most days to be able to sit up long enough to create a brand new post...or even read one. However, I absolutely do receive AND read every new encouraging word you leave (and, often, the old ones, again and again!) and I cherish them now more than ever! I truly appreciate your love, support, and, most importantly, your precious time spent on your knees in prayer for my family and me. It ALL means the world to me and I am truly blessed to have friends like you!
~Hugs and Sister Love, Teresa

FYI: All comments come to my email, which I can easily read on my phone. I also enjoy Facebook on my phone because I can catch up on A LOT in a very short time there. Soooo, if you're on Facebook, come 'friend' me there! {{HUGS}} **

WORD-FILLED WEDNESDAY

Welcome to Word-Filled Wednesday! As always, the purpose of WFW is to share God's Word (no famous quotes or other literature, only the beautiful Word of our Heavenly Father) through scripture and pictures. The host for this week is Penny at PennyRaine. Please take a few minutes to visit her and be encouraged!

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.
~ Proverbs 3: 5-6 ~

This is something I'm trying to do more and more every day. I am REALLY struggling right now, even more than usual. I have been experiencing an extreme amount of pain over the last week and have been excessively sleepy. I usually can't sleep much at all, so this is very unusual. I would very much appreciate it if you would please pray for me and my family.

This month is going to be filled with tons of activity due to family birthdays, Mother's Day, End-of-School activities and then the graduation of our middle daughter, Morgan, from high school. I'm really praying that I will be able to attend at least some of these events, most importantly Morgan's graduation at the end of the month.

I hope you're all having a great week. See ya soon!

Blessings,

Teresa

I'm so glad I stopped by. I'm a bit more tired than usual this week and haven't visited as many WFW entries but glad I stopped here. Trust--oh boy--much harder than faith. Faith believes that someone can walk across a high wire going over the Niagara River. Trust puts itself in the arms of that someone as they cross the same high wire across the Niagara River. Very different huh? The good thing is that we're not just trusting in anyone. We're trusting Christ. I heard this years ago and never forgot it and the more I'm on this journey with Christ the more difficult the trust test gets, but at the same time the sweeter the relationship. No, I don't like His methods, but I know they are good for me. Ugghh...it's like getting hit in the pit of my stomach as I wrote that. ;) Blessings dear one!

We will trust in the Lord that He will give you the comfort you need to do His will and be present in the activities of your week. My daughter graduates from college Saturday. It's a special time. Praying for you.

Blessing and may your strength be renewed as you find His compassion's are new every morning.
It was that verse which lead me to change Churches about a decade ago and saved me some heartache......as well as allowing a little of the same. But He is always faithful and today is not the end of the story.

Sorry you aren't feeling well. I will be lifting you and your family up this weekend and more throughout the month.

THanks for the reminder. Faith. Hope. Trust - they all roll together. It's so hard to just trust he knows best somedays. I struggle a LOT with this. Especially right now in my life.

Hi,Thanks for stopping by Coco Angel Baby and your kind words. I saw the pictures of your dogs, they're adorable. My grandmother had a pom for 6 years and she died out of the blue one day. It is just as bad as having a family member dying. I am sorry you are ill. I pray a lot, God always answers. I love the way your write and express yourself. I too have a sick grandmother on dialysis, isn't the same as she used to be scenario. She was always a Strong Woman, now she can hardly walk and tired and sick all the time. It is sad to know someone your whole life and watch them go away "mentally" in front of your eyes. I think back to when she used to run around..no more. Life is sad, but at the same time little things can light up your life. God Bless
