** Due to the increasing severity of MY ILLNESS, it has become impossible for me to continue to post on a regular basis. Unfortunately, as much as I desperately long to, I am also unable to visit each of your blogs often or reciprocate all the loving, supportive comments many of you continue to leave - even though at times it may appear as though you've arrived at some long ago, forsaken blog! With that said, I really want you to know that I miss every single one of you and that I really am still here! I'm just too sick and too weak most days to be able to sit up long enough to create a brand new post...or even read one. However, I absolutely do receive AND read every new encouraging word you leave (and, often, the old ones, again and again!) and I cherish them now more than ever! I truly appreciate your love, support, and, most importantly, your precious time spent on your knees in prayer for my family and me. It ALL means the world to me and I am truly blessed to have friends like you!
~Hugs and Sister Love, Teresa

FYI: All comments come to my email, which I can easily read on my phone. I also enjoy Facebook on my phone because I can catch up on A LOT in a very short time there. Soooo, if you're on Facebook, come 'friend' me there! {{HUGS}} **

EVERYTHING DRAMA

'I called on the Lord in distress;
The Lord answered me
and set me in a broad place.
The Lord is on my side;
I will not fear.
What can man do to me?'
~ Psalm 118:5-6

The following production touched me to my very core. It literally caused me to weep, and it continues to do so every single time I watch it. It is that powerful!! I think it is the most compelling drama done by a church group I've ever seen - and that is saying A LOT because my home church has such incredible drama teams. In fact, I would bet they could pull this one off very well. :0) It is such a powerful performance and an amazing testimony to the Lord's power and His never-ending love for every single one of us. I pray you will take just a few minutes to watch it. You will be blessed.

This amazing drama, better known as 'Lifehouse’s Everything Skit', was performed at the 2006 Smokey Mountain Winterfest in Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville, Tennessee by Mission Baltimore. It was written by Mission Baltimore Director, Tim Houston. The event in Tennessee packed over 30,000 people and the drama has since been viewed by millions.

If you are like me and got caught up in the 'drama' and/or couldn't understand all the lyrics, here they are:

EVERYTHING
~ By Lifehouse

Find me here, speak to me
I want to feel you, I need to hear you
You are the light, that's leading me
To the place where I find peace again.

You are the strength, that keeps me walking.
You are the hope, that keeps me trusting.
You are the light to my soul.
You are my purpose,You're everything.

How can I stand here with you
and not be moved by you?
Would you tell me,
how could it be any better than this?

You calm the storms, and you give me rest.
You hold me in your hands, you won't let me fall.
You steal my heart, and you take my breath away.
Would you take me in? Take me deeper now?

How can I stand here with you
and not be moved by you?
Would you tell me
how could it be any better than this?
And how can I stand here
with you and not be moved by you?
Would you tell me
how could it be any better than this?

Cause you're all I want, You're all I need
You're everything,everything
You're all I want your all I need
You're everything, everything.
You're all I want you're all I need.
You're everything, everything
You're all I want
you're all I need,
you're everything, everything.

And How can I stand here with you
and not be moved by you?
Would you tell me
how could it be any better than this?
How can I stand here with you
and not be moved by you?
Would you tell me
how could it be any better than this?

How can I stand here with you
and not be moved by you?
Would you tell me
how could it be any better than this?

Would you tell me
how could it be any better than this?

Please leave a comment and let me know what you thought about it! I'd really love to hear what you think.

Blessings,

Teresa

Hello my dear! Happy FF! First things first....I JUST noticed that you are from Newnan, GA! I grew up in Chamblee and Doraville, and visited friends in Newnan quite often growing up. LOL Small world!

Secondly....it's so funny that you should post this video. My old classmates (from GA) and I were sharing this back and forth just yesterday on Facebook. No matter how many times I see this...I cry!! So powerful and beautiful! I've taken my kids to see a similar skit at a local church here, only it was a bit more graphic. They loved it!

Take care, sweetie. Have a great weekend!

What a beautiful encouraging blog. So glad you stopped by mine and invited me. I am already encouraged by your love for Christ. Our son is adopted so if you would like to read the story select family and read about my plans and God's plans. I have friends in ministry in your area at Peachtree Fbc. Small blog world. I look forward to reading more. You and I could certainly watch movies, listen to music and read together. Lots is similar.

You are so right! I´m sitting here sobbing after watching that video and it just moves me every time! I know this skit from my daughter. She and a group from her church used this skit for bringing the Word to the streets and performed it on the sidewalk of one of our cities. It is a moving piece of art and a witness for the Lord, that everyone can understand. No words needed.
Thank you for blessing me this morning!

Hello Teresa first of all thanks for leaving a comment and the following, I do appreciate it. I love your layout here. Second, I love this kind of production, why we don't see this much anymore? People are too way out of touch of our core, I so love the words I have goosebumps as I read the lyrics and at the same time listening to it. God is our strength and many disagree to it but we need to tell them it is. We are living in the world where it's too noisy and too many destruction, we are blinded! God is good Teresa!! God is love!
